I got to talking to someone in a chatroom the other day and the question arose as to how there are so many pornographic pictures out there now, and wondering whether contemplation of a sexual imagery could count as a form of "worship", and if so who (or what) could be the divine or supernatural subject of all this "worshiping" going on in the world right now. I am interested in the answer to this question both for my own sake (for I have spent a good amount of time at this particular alter, and would like to know the identity of any supernatural being that has entreated me to be there) and for the sake of contemplating the nature of pornography and art in general.
